Return Policy

To start a return, you can contact us at petbasicshop@hotmail.com. 

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • Not used by your pet
  • In the same condition as received

You may open the package to inspect the product (size, quality, and color), but please do not allow your pet to use the item unless you intend to keep it.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used by pets
  • Items with fur, odor, stains, or damage
  • Final sale items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Refunds will only be issued once the item is received and inspected.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.


Return Address

Please contact us before returning any item. We will provide the correct return address based on your order.


Important Notes

We recommend checking the size and product details carefully before use. Once the product has been used by your pet, it is no longer eligible for return.
